Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase


To start a return, fill out our Return Form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you choose to self-return the item(s) and with a courier service of your choosing you are responsible for all shipping costs and will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s) through this method. 

If the return is for any other reason, we will not cover the costs of the return shipping fees. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages received

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and clearance items or gift cards


Pre-orders

Expected Shipment dates are provided as estimated timelines only. Our distributors cannot guarantee these values may alter overtime. Pre-ordered item(s) are directly based on client demand. Full Payment cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund total before taxes. Partial Payment cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 20% down payment from the total before taxes

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s)

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
